SANY and XCMG machines are everywhere in emerging markets and increasingly in Western rental fleets. Their diagnostics use J1939-derived protocols with brand-specific software — obtainable, but only with guidance. We supply both with English support.

Getting set up
The practical path: engine-side diagnostics via Weichai WDS or INSITE (many machines run Weichai or Cummins-derived engines), machine-side via the brand suites we supply with English setup support, or Jaltest for mixed fleets. Cable sets for SANY/XCMG diagnostic ports are stocked in the OHW cable kits.

Is SANY/XCMG diagnostic software available in English?
The factory software has English modes of varying quality. We supply it with English installation support and usage guidance — the practical difference between owning it and using it.
Do these machines use standard J1939?
Largely yes for engine systems (Weichai/Cummins-derived), with brand-specific overlays for hydraulics and machine controllers. A J1939-capable scanner reads engine basics; machine-side needs the brand tools.
