Purchases
- Prices are as published at order time; quotes are valid 14 days.
- Software licenses are subject to the OEM's license terms and are non-returnable once activated (see shipping & returns).
- Financing is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and credit decisions.
Acceptable use
- Diagnostic tools and software are sold for lawful vehicle service only.
- We do not support emissions-defeat modifications, odometer tampering, or license circumvention — and we will decline service for them.
- Site content (guides, fault-code pages) may be referenced with attribution; wholesale scraping/republishing is prohibited.
Liability
We warrant products as described in the warranty policy. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product involved. Diagnostic guidance (site content, support sessions) is provided in good faith; repair decisions and their outcomes remain the responsibility of the performing technician.
